How long
does it take to see the photographs after the wedding?
Your images will be available to view on-line approximately
two weeks after the big day. A password will be required
to access the site, which also means that you and your partner
can double-check the images before they go 'public' for
friends and family to view. We will also provide 50 complimentary
‘Thank you’ cards, which will also discreetly
communicate the web address to friends and family for them
to share the images.

How will we select the pictures for
our album?
As you may be aware, we offer a variety of services designed
to provide you with exactly what you need. For some couples,
having their images presented to them as high quality digital
files on CD-rom is the most desirable option, allowing them
to pick and choose which images they have printed with a
quality photo printer of their choice.
Our iPod® Wedding service offers a innovative new option.
You will still be supplied with your images on convenient
CD-rom, but you will also receive a brand new Apple Video
iPod®, which comes complete with a slideshow of all
the images from you wedding day for you to show to friends
and family. What's more, the iPod is yours to keep, so you'll
also be able to use it to store your music collection and
any other digital photos you have if you so choose.
As well as these digital options, we can also make up a
traditional wedding album from the luxurious Jorgensen®
range. If you would like to know more about Jorgensen wedding
albums, please contact us for more details.

Can I
still order prints in the traditional way or do extra prints
have to be ordered online?
Yes. Prints can be ordered online or direct from the studio.
Guests can order direct, using the reference number of the
print they require. The prices, along with VAT and first
class shipping, will be clearly displayed so that anyone
ordering images will know exactly what the cost will be
before they commit to making an online purchase.
Larger sizes are also available as framed prints. Please
ask for further details.

Can I order a ‘Parents Album’
for Mum and Dad?

to accommodate between 12 and 20 pictures, beautifully presented
in a hand-made Jorgensen Folio album imported from Australia.
Prices are available on request.

Will
we be able to order pictures in the future?
Digital copies of your images are kept for at least five
years, so if you would like to celebrate your first anniversary
with a framed picture purchased from Jackson James Photography,
this will be possible.
However, with our digital wedding packages, you too will
have your very own copy of all your images on disc (and
iPod® if you choose our iPod® Wedding format) so
you can keep them for ever and have images printed off whenever
you want.

Who owns copyright?
While Jackson James Photography still technically owns the
copyright to your images, because we choose to supply you
all your images in digital format on disc and/or iPod®
(if you have chosen the iPod® Wedding format) the issue
of copyright is irrelevant. You can produce as many prints
from the digital images as you choose.
If however, you would prefer Jackson James to provide
prints for you, we can do that as well.
