SABAL SUNSET VIEWS faces
west with stunning waterfront views, an
abundance of water birds including storks,
heron, egrettes, ospreys and many others
all complimented by gorgeous sunsets.
The screened pool with under water lighting
can be heated in winter, is 30 ft x 14ft
with a large spa and a child safety fence.
A covered Lanai and large deck area gives
plenty of space to laze away the days in
the sun.
SPACIOUS ROOMS...
Inside you will find all rooms spacious,
newly furnished to a high standard and very
comfortable.
A large family room opens on to the pool
area and has cable TV / DVD / CD player
with DVD's & CD's, Playstation 2 with
games. Adjoining is the large, fully equipped
kitchen / breakfast room with views over
the pool and lake.
The dining room seats eight and there is
another living area adjacent to this for
some quiet reading time. There is also a
games room with a pool table, air hockey,
board games and jigsaws for those occasions
when you are not in the pool.
MASTER BEDROOM...
The Master Bedroom overlooks the lake and
has a queen bed, TV, an enormous walk in
closet and an en-suite bathroom.
The en-suite bathroom has a large walk
in shower, a separate toilet, two vanity
units and a huge bath.
There is a further queen size bedroom and
two twin bedrooms, all with large closets.
Adjoining these is a family bathroom with
an over bath shower, toilet and vanity unit.
This bathroom can be accessed directly from
the pool area. The utility room has a washer
and dryer and a large laundry sink.
All of the beds have pillow top mattresses
for a really comfortable night's sleep.
All bedrooms, family room and lanai have
ceiling fans for your additional comfort.

SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS...
There is also wireless high-speed internet
access for those who need to stay in touch
via email, so if you take your wi-fi equipped
laptop with you, just turn it on and away
you go.
